Moke Rental Agreement – Key Terms
- Renter must be 25+ years old and provide a valid driver’s license, government-issued photo ID, and a copy of their current auto insurance card.
- Only one driver is permitted — no additional drivers allowed.
- A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required and held until safe return and inspection.
- Standard rental is 24 hours from pick-up time at $495.00 per day.
- Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, moving violations, or loss of the vehicle.
- Off-road use is prohibited — stay on paved public roads only.
- Vehicle must be returned fully charged and in clean condition.
- Cancellation policy: Full refund (minus deposit) with 48 hours’ notice.
- Full contract, insurance details, and liability waiver will be sent upon booking.
