THE GUEST/HOUSE COLLECTION is a boutique property management and design firm out of sunny South Florida. Our homes are designed to inspire travelers and provide an oasis to relax and disconnect.
Noelle and Tom are professional property managers that started The Guest/House Collection in 2017 as a project meant to elevate the traditional vacation rental experience through experiential design and hotel-like guest service.
They have extensive experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, design, and construction. Both partners are avid travel enthusiasts with an interest in unique accommodations and experiential driven endeavors. Noelle and Tom's strengths complement one another and their professional values align as they leverage on integrity and commitment.

We are experts at managing your property, and integrity is at the core of our success. With a meticulous hands-on approach we are able to proactively solve problems, keep operating costs low and develop long term trust with our clients.
DESIGN
From custom built furniture, to design on a budget, we know how to optimize your vacation rental for comfort and practicality. Through vision and design we can increase visibility and recognition in highly competitive markets.
SUPERHOST
Airbnb superhosts are hosts who offer exceptional service and maintain a higher than average rating granting them increased visibility on Airbnb through specialized search filters, a profile badge, and priority placement in search results.
REFERRALS
Do you know someone who would like to turn their home or condo into a Vacation Rental? We pay referral fees to licensed real estate agents in the state of Florida.
RENTAL ARBITRAGE
NO VACANCIES. We are the best tenants. Without unit turnover between long term renters, there is 100% occupancy, stabilized cash flow, and a tenant whose success depends on maintaining quality.
PARTNER
YOU ARE IN CONTROL. We enforce strict guest rules, carry commercial-grade insurance, and thoroughly inspect properties in between guests to ensure they are kept at the highest standards.
MAINTENANCE
Tom is a licensed and insured General Contractor in the state of Florida and has over a decade of experience building and improving both residential and commercial properties.
COMPLIANCE
A thorough approach to short term vacation rental compliance. From taxes to licensure, to everyday tasks, we work with the local municipalities and community to host responsibly.
