Noelle and Tom are professional managers, builders, and designers who founded GHC in 2017 as a project aimed at elevating home-driven hospitality.

Driven by our own inconsistent and lackluster experiences with vacation rentals, our guest-first philosophy has directly fueled both our success and that of our owners.

Don't need a full-service property manager? Not a problem. We assist individual hosts and national companies with guest relations, operations, design, styling, consulting, & optimization.

Tom owns a licensed and insured general contracting company and has decades of experience building and improving residential & commercial properties. Guests receive expedited service from seasoned contractors with our oversight.

A thorough approach to short-term vacation rental compliance. From taxes & licensure, to vetting guests, we work with local municipalities, the community, and booking platforms to host responsibly.

HOUSEKEEPING

We keep cleaning and staging in-house, giving us complete control over quality, consistency, and presentation. Our dedicated team knows your home inside and out, and maintains your home in a constant state of deep-clean.
